Our team is all about building, maintaining, and shredding in a fun, safety-driven environment. Responsibilities

Build and maintain terrain park features from start to finish.
Perform daily upkeep using shovels and tools to ensure safe and smooth park flow.
Promote safety and good vibes by educating guests on Park Etiquette & Education.
Ride or ski daily to test features and ensure the park meets the highest standards.
Be an active team player-contribute ideas, help wherever needed, and keep the stoke high.
Take pride in your work by keeping parks clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Qualifications

Previous experience building terrain park or bike park features is a plus.
Must be an intermediate or advanced skier or snowboarder with the ability to test features.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Willingness to learn, follow direction, and get your hands dirty with physical labor.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds.
must be able to work on your feet at least 8 hours.
