This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that support both the therapist and client needs. The role is anchored within our Detox Center facilities, where staff engage with clients undergoing substance detoxification, ensuring they receive the mental health support required during this critical phase of recovery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients' mental health histories, strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Work closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring cohesive and coordinated client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to manage acute mental health crises.

Qualifications\n
