In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing composite curing and production processes to ensure product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and schedule attainment. This role monitors cure cycle parameters, evaluates oven loading strategies, and identifies opportunities to improve throughput and process consistency. The Manufacturing Engineer serves as a technical resource for troubleshooting production issues, including vacuum leaks, cure cycle deviations, and process disruptions, while partnering with operations and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
