Capitol Lakes is hiring CNAs to join our skilled nursing team!
Capitol Lakes is a vibrant continuing care retirement community (CCRC), conveniently located in the heart of downtown Madison. Capitol Lakes offers flexible scheduling and work life balance, preceptor program/career development opportunities, and PayActiv (daily pay option).
Wage Range: Starting at $19.50/hr. and up, depending on experience
Work Schedules Available:
- Full-Time AM Shifts (6:00am-2:00pm)
- Full-Time PM Shifts (2:00pm-10:00pm)
- Full-Time NOC Shifts (10:00pm-6:00am)
About You:
- Current certified nursing assistant certification in the state of Wisconsin is required.
- Prior CNA experience is preferred, but not a requirement.

As a CNA at Capitol Lakes, you will provide person-centered, individualized care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Alongside other clinical staff, you will work collaboratively to promote resident safety and well-being, while assisting residents in all activities of daily living.
