About the Role:

As a Weekend Charge Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care on weekends. You will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care to our residents on weekends
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and organized environment

Active Arkansas RN License/Compact License, or recent graduate eligible for licensure
