The ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with clients is essential.Previous Personal Injury or legal experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and wants to grow with our firm.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer serviceAssist with Personal Injury case files and documentationCommunicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other partiesRequest and follow up on medical records and medical billsMaintain organized and updated case filesAssist attorneys and paralegals with daily case tasksFollow up on outstanding documents and case informationUpdate case management systems and maintain accurate case notesAssist with general administrative and clerical duties as neededHandle client information with professionalism, confidentiality, and careQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional, friendly, and compassionate demeanorStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesDetail-oriented and dependableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong customer service skillsPrevious Personal Injury or legal experience is a plusBilingual English/Spanish is a plusWillingness to learn and grow within the firmIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is professional, hardworking, dependable, organized, and confident in communicating with others.
