Ultrasound Tech Unit: PerinatologyEmployment Type: Full TimeShift: 7am-4:30pm Location: St. Mary Medical CenterPosition PurposeOperates ultrasound equipment and film processor to produce diagnostic images for presentation to the Perinatologist. Also assists Perinatologist in doing genetic procedures.As an Perinatology Ultrasound Tech, you willAppropriately educate and explain procedures to patients. Modify approach based on age, developmental level and needs of patient.Follow appropriate center protocol for procedures unless specified differently by the Perinatologist.Produce quality diagnostic images for interpretation.
