We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating a seamless guest experience from write-up to delivery.
Schedule
- Full-time, 5-day work week
- Rotating days off
- Sundays always off
- Saturdays required / preferred availability strongly desired

What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service guests
- Greet guests and build long-term relationships through trust and communication
- Accurately write up repair orders and schedule service appointments
- Clearly explain recommended services, maintenance, and repair needs
- Provide timely updates on repair status and vehicle completion
- Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Prepare estimates and review invoices with guests
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records
- Deliver a high-quality guest experience from check-in to delivery
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred (not required)
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
