General Radiologist

Northwestern Medical Center is seeking a full-time General Radiologist to join their team in St. Albans, VT. This role involves reading breast and/or musculoskeletal imaging in addition to general radiology, with opportunities for leadership and program development. The successful candidate will become part of Jefferson Radiology, a 100+ physician sub-specialty group practice known for its state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to exceptional patient care. Practice Info Full-time (30+ hrs/week) position at Northwestern Medical Center, a community, non-profit hospital. The hospital offers 24/7 care in the emergency department with strong specialty backup. Jefferson Radiology is a 100+ physician sub-specialty group practice with an all-digital practice and enterprise PACS capabilities. Interprets close to one million exams a year. Offers the full spectrum of diagnostic imaging and interventional services. Responsibilities Read breast and/or musculoskeletal imaging in addition to general radiology. Perform Breast/MSK procedures and lite IR procedures (thyroid biopsy, paracentesis, thoracentesis). Leadership opportunities available if applicant has interest; program development, building close partnerships and collaboration with medical and surgical specialists. Compensation The salary range for this position is $400,000-$650,000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Commencement Bonus / Retention Bonus available. Shift & Schedule Day shift, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. No Call. Requirements Comfortable reading breast and/or musculoskeletal imaging. Training in general radiology and specialty training in breast/musculoskeletal is ideal. MD or DO. BE or BC, ABR or AOBR. Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program. Will also consider General Radiologists who are proficient with Mammography; or those with fellowship training in Musculoskeletal, Body Imaging, Neuroradiology, or Emergency Radiology.
