Training is available but experience is a plus. Strong Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to easily build rapport with clients. Negotiation Expertise Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients during tense negotiations on price and terms. Local Market Knowledge Familiarity with the local real estate market. This can be picked up on the job but is a huge advantage starting out. Tech Savvy Proficient in using technology tools for organization, marketing, communication, and transaction management.
