Job Description
The Assistant Spa Manager will support day‑to‑day operations, enhance customer experience, and help drive sales within our Sterling location. This role requires a minimum 1‑2 years of sales and customer service experience and a passion for wellness.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about sales and working with people.
- Energetic, self‑motivated, and able to promote the benefits of massage therapy and facials.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Spa experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
