About the Role: Oasis Private Home Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/PCA to join our growing team in Tucker, GA! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities: Provide direct personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and care plans Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home care protocols and safety guidelines Requirements: Active CNA certification or PCA training/experience required Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Tucker, GA area Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor CPR/First Aid certification is a plus About Us: Oasis Private Home Care Services is a trusted provider of in-home care solutions dedicated to helping clients maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
