Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and thorough care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all necessary certifications, including BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS.
• Possess at least one year of experience in a similar setting.

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a 23-bed unit, where you will closely collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold the highest standards of patient care. Your skills will be vital in ensuring patient safety and comfort, particularly when transitioning to the Progressive Care Unit for Medical-Surgical assignments.
