Human Resources Generalist - Dallas, Texas

MissionHires is looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join an innovative online pharmacy organization. This role supports daily HR operations across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, benefits and leave administration, training, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate is a trusted, confidential partner who can manage multiple priorities while helping foster an inclusive and compliant workplace. Responsibilities Serve as a primary resource for employee questions regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace concerns. Support employee relations investigations, policy-violation reviews, performance concerns, and corrective-action processes. Partner with managers to promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and administering offers. Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation and ensure pre-employment requirements are completed on time. Help maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with policy updates, employee handbook administration, personnel files, HR records, audits, and regulatory inspections. Support performance review processes by monitoring timelines, completion rates, and manager follow-up. Assist with employee development, succession planning, leadership development, and engagement initiatives. Respond to benefits enrollment questions and coordinate leave-of-absence requests, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation claims. Coordinate compliance and employee training programs and maintain training records and certifications. Prepare HR reports and maintain workforce data related to hiring, turnover, training, and employee engagement. Support HR projects and continuous-improvement initiatives. Participate in plant, warehouse, or production-floor activities as needed and occasionally travel between facilities or off-site events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance activities. Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and policy administration. Experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, GMP, FDA-regulated, or warehouse environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
