Summer Marketing Intern

This position will be a 10 week internship starting around the beginning of June through mid-August. Job Description Key Responsibilities Support Social Media Marketing: Learn how to work in the business platform of Meta Assist on general social media tickets; grant admin access to Meta pages when tickets come in; help boost posts on Meta Assist with a weekly check of school Meta pages and note inactivity Gather and organize photos from school’s social pages to place in content libraries for future use Help find and pull posts for the Cadence Connect internal newsletter Support Website updates and optimizations: Learn how to work in Wordpress; assist with website content and imagery updates based on tickets and requests from marketing team Assist with local listing management, optimizations, and audits using the Soci platform; update imagery in listings Learn the basics of SEO and GEO by performing keyword research, updating metadata, and updating content Learn how to analyze website / local SEO performance reporting and transform that knowledge into optimizations for individual schools Build foundational marketing analytics knowledge through working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console Experience & Qualifications MS Outlook skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram Self-starter; willing to research and find resources independently to learn how to accomplish tasks as well as willingness to learn new skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with others both within and outside of the marketing department Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, along with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks in a reasonable timeframe Ability to work on-site in our Scottsdale office 2-3 days per week Cadence Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Cadence Education
