Senior Technical Architect - Azure/.Net

Salary: $175,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• We need 10–15 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise application development.
• We are seeking proven leadership in architecture and technical delivery for large-scale enterprise, SaaS, or product engineering environments.
• We require strong experience designing and deploying cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• We need experience working with distributed global engineering teams and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Active, practical use of AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows in software development is required.
• We need advanced expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern .NET development.
• We require strong command of cloud-native and distributed systems architecture, including Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, and modern API design.
• We need deep Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure Functions, containerization, CI/CD, observability, security, and Infrastructure as Code.
• We are looking for experience designing scalable data and messaging solutions with technologies such as Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

• We will lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems using modern Microsoft technologies.

• We will evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and engineering trends to modernize our technical capabilities.
• We will work closely with Product Management, UX, DevOps, QA, and business partners to define solutions aligned to product and business objectives.
• We will translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication for executive and non-technical audiences.
• We will provide strategic technical direction during planning, prioritization, roadmap development, and enterprise decision-making for our Upward and Video Commerce solutions.
• We will identify technical risks, scalability issues, security vulnerabilities, and architectural dependencies early in the delivery process.
• We will support Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical estimation, release planning, and continuous improvement.
• We will mentor engineers, set high standards, remove blockers, and stay engaged in critical design and implementation decisions.
