Precision HR Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Sauk Rapids, MN to support a treatment program. You will provide individual and group therapy for clients with mental health and substance use diagnoses, collaborating with a primary care team to optimize outcomes. The role requires Minnesota state licensure (LGSW/LICSW/LMFT/LPCC) and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
