Role: Manufacturing Associate I/II supporting cGMP biopharma manufacturing of Replimune's oncolytic immunotherapies at the Framingham, MA facility. Objectives: execute manufacturing operations, ensure GMP compliance, support process validation, and maintain production readiness. Responsibilities: author SOPs and batch records perform aseptic gowning operate viral production equipment (e.g., tangential flow filtration, chromatography) prepare buffers perform visual inspection assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and validation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years or Associate's/High School Diploma with 3-6 years of cGMP biopharma manufacturing experience experience in cell culture, purification, or aseptic filling familiarity with single-use technologies strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel HighValue: biologics manufacturing viral vector or oncolytic platforms GMP environment equipment validation aseptic processing working in a cleanroom setting Work setup: primarily on-site with some weekend/holiday work depending on production needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
