We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SQL Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our SQL databases and data warehouses. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure our databases are optimized for performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and data warehouses

- Create and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis

- Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading

- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

- Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions

- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing access controls and backups

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in SQL database development and maintenance

- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles

- Experience with ETL tools and processes

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies

- Experience with healthcare data is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
