Assistant Manager

We are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. General Job Duties Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers, providing clear written and verbal instructions. Maintain store cleanliness and work to a schedule for optimal customer service. Essential Functions & Skills Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly, using a calculator if necessary. Accurately provide monetary change and handle cash transactions. Use verbal, written, and telephone communication to process orders. Coordinate motor skills between eyes and hands to execute precise movements quickly. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
