The Knowledge Management Associate will join at a pivotal time to support and grow Oxeon’s platform. This individual will be the tactical engine of the search team, driving the success of executive searches and internal intelligence. You will develop a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and our tech stack, initially supporting search execution and business development before expanding into process and technology improvements that drive thought leadership and investing initiatives. Requirements for the Role Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience in executive search, expert networks, market research, recruiting, management consulting, or healthcare. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Analytical & Systems Thinking: Proficiency in spreadsheets and databases (examples include: Customer Relationship Management, Applicant Tracking Systems, or Google Suite, etc). You don’t just work within a system; you look for ways to improve efficiency and data integrity. Adaptive Communication: Exceptional written and oral skills with the ability to pivot communication styles based on internal and external stakeholder needs. Active listener: this person can engage with internal stakeholders to accurately capture and understand their needs and feedback, ensuring the development and implementation of effective solutions. Healthcare Fluency: A deep interest in the healthcare ecosystem, with the ability to achieve baseline literacy and categorize sub-sectors within the first six months. Motivation & Ownership: A high-energy, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and a track record of exceeding professional and academic goals. Critical Thinking: Adept at "connecting the dots" and identifying market patterns to result in more targeted candidate identification. Responsibilities for the Role Search Execution: Consistently manage the research strategy for ~6 concurrent searches, conducting market mapping and independently sourcing high-quality candidates. Platform SME: Develop expertise in Oxeon’s business model and healthcare verticals to become a "resource" for troubleshooting and internal knowledge sharing. Search Documentation: Take ownership of research-heavy deliverables, including agendas, client-ready decks, position descriptions, and capabilities matrices. System & Data Mastery: Maintain high data integrity within Recruiterflow. Execute post-search close-outs to ensure insights are captured for future business endeavors. Business Development Support: Execute strategic projects to support the business development funnel with timely, research-backed insights. Process Improvement: Partner with leadership and KM team to revamp internal materials (e.g., Master Search Guides) and integrate new tools or AI workflows into our processes. Leadership & Training: Train team members on how to access critical information and insights. Salary Expectations Total cash compensation range (base + bonus): $80,850 – 97,020 depending on experience Base salary range: $77,000 – 92,400 Oxeon is interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States; however, we are not able to sponsor visas at this time.
