Clinical Liaison (CL)

Olympia Fields Hospital – Acute Rehab Unit Position : Clinical Liaison (Full time, days) Salary : $79,040–$83,200 plus incentive plan. About the Role Clinical Liaison responsibilities include assisting and coordinating the intake and pre‑admission screening process, performing on‑site clinical judgment to determine patient appropriateness for admission, communicating rehabilitation options and expectations to patients and families, securing information related to patients' resources and benefits, and serving as the initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities. Qualifications Clinical licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, RRT or MSW. Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience as clinical liaison, marketing, or healthcare sales. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with physicians, nursing staff, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers. Clinical assessment skills and EMR system experience.
