MassageLuxe is looking for an experienced, professional, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

We are seeking someone who understands that exceptional massage therapy is about more than technique — it’s about  professionalism, client comfort, communication, cleanliness, boundaries, and creating a consistently high-quality experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Illinois Massage Therapist License
• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene
• Strong massage therapy skills and knowledge of anatomy
• Ability to provide customized therapeutic and relaxation massages
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Respectful, professional interaction with every client
• Strong understanding of proper draping, boundaries, and client privacy
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable working in a professional luxury spa environment
• Willingness to follow  MassageLuxe policies, procedures, and service standards
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to continue learning
