Entry Level Phlebotomy

About the role This is a flexible part‑time position with most shifts lasting 4–6 hours a day, 3+ days per week. Availability is confirmed early in the interview process and you will be informed of any schedule changes in advance. Every day, donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma collected becomes life‑changing medicine. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomy to support plasma center operations. Responsibilities Answer phones, greet and focus on donors, ensuring safety for donors and the team. Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results. Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures. Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees. Ability to lift up to 5lb, occasional lifting up to 32lb, rarely 50lb. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance. Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level1), 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear. One or more years of minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role. The role includes a paid, interactive training program. Compensation and Benefits Summary Location: USA – ND – Bismarck Starting hourly wage: $17.00. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
