Senior HR Business Partner

Supporting a growing remote-first organization, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, performance management, and scalable people practices while collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters and coach managers through performance management and difficult conversations Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related risks and partner with the Head of People to translate company strategy into effective people practices Support performance management processes and help build and refine People processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and alignment with company values Required qualifications 7-10+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an HR Business Partner role in high-growth or complex environments Strong business judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity while guiding leaders through difficult trade-offs Deep experience in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of discretion
