Description

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring TNCC, ACLS, and BLS certifications along with New Mexico or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Work in the General ICU of a hospital setting
• 13-week travel assignment on night shift, 7PM-7AM
• Full-time schedule
• EMR system used is Epic

Requirements

• Active New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and TNCC (via AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU/critical care experience required
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Performs various Point of Care testing procedures

Additional Information

• Coordinates and implements individualized patient care plans based on age-specific needs and continuous reassessment
• Delegates and coordinates team assignments, providing oversight for quality and completeness of patient care tasks
• Participates in orientation of new staff and students on the unit
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Returning CHRISTUS employees or travelers must have a 6-month separation period from any CHRISTUS facility system-wide before starting a new travel assignment
