How you'll make an impact

Handles moderately complex/challenging claims issues. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of claims forms. Investigates coverage questions and problems. Works closely with clients, producers, client service staff, insurance carriers. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines.
About You

Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years related experience required. Good understanding of claims processing and the insurance brokerage business. Licensing required.

Preferred: Associate's degree preferred.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
