RN - Cath Lab (Travel Nursing) - Florida

Overview:

Seeking experienced cardiac cath lab nurses for travel assignments in Florida. Enjoy rewarding work assisting physicians with patient management, education, and collaborative patient care in a short-term acute care setting. If you have a minimum of 1-2 years of recent Cath Lab experience, this opportunity offers the chance to advance your nursing career while working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
• Active state nursing license (Florida or valid compact license required at time of submission)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members
• Ability to assist physicians with patient management and patient education
• Experience in catheterization lab procedures and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Schedule:

• Day shift (4x10 hours): 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Candidates should be prepared to float within scope to meet facility needs and work within a 100-mile radius of the assigned location. RTO requests are not permitted in the contract and must be discussed during the interview. This role requires COVID-19 vaccination (exemptions accepted for medical or religious reasons). Guaranteed hours apply after the first call-off per pay period.

Travel compliance and license requisites must be met prior to assignment. Applicants must confirm understanding of the no RTO policy and the location-specific rules.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a busy hospital setting with a staff of 223 beds, where your skills in cardiac cath procedures, conscious sedation, and Cerner charting will be essential.
