Job Responsibilities:

• Identify issues and service by listening to customer's description of problems.
• Prepare repair orders.
• Maintain records listing problems when they arise.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records
• Ordering parts as needed

Skills Needed:

• Mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Able to problem solve using verified information.
• Have great face to face customer service skills.
• Great communication both verbal and written.
