Bilingual Office Assistant

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to support our mission of delivering nutritious meals to vulnerable individuals nationwide. Based in Ankeny, this role provides bilingual phone and administrative support for clients, caregivers, and health plan partners. You’ll handle inbound calls, update client records, process orders, and help coordinate deliveries with accuracy and compassion. Working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, you’ll collaborate with operations and customer care teams to ensure reliable, high-quality service. This position is ideal for detail-oriented communicators who want to contribute to a mission-driven organization with opportunities to grow.
