Endocrinology Advisor / Cofounder (Part-Time) Location: Remote (California/Arizona preferred) | Commitment: Flexible About Us Talia Health is a women’s endocrine health startup dedicated to transforming access to hormone care. Our mission is to provide evidence-based, integrative solutions for conditions such as PCOS, thyroid disease, menopause, and metabolic disorders. We combine telehealth, coaching, and clinical protocols to close critical gaps in the current system, where patients often face months-long wait times for endocrinology appointments and fragmented, inconsistent treatment pathways. By leveraging technology and structured clinical oversight, Talia Health is building a scalable care model designed to improve outcomes, reduce costs for employers, and expand access for patients nationwide. We are part of Antler’s inaugural San Francisco residency and are currently piloting programs in California and Arizona. What We’re Looking For Open to providing clinical mentorship, protocol development input, and practice insights . Willing to serve as a Founding Clinical Advisor , with equity-based compensation. Endocrinology fellow, internal medicine resident planning endocrinology, or early-career endocrinologist. Passionate about reimagining care delivery models for women’s health. Seeking a part-time role (few hours per month) with meaningful equity upside. Excited to shape evidence-based protocols and grow into a long-term leadership role.
