Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Crestwood Center in Milford, NH has been awarded a Five Star Facility. We are now hiring full-time LPNs for the following shifts: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm. Join us in our mission to enhance the well-being of our patients and residents while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.QualificationsMust be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.BenefitsVariable compensation plans.
