To enhance agency capabilities and deliver high-quality strategic solutions for life science clients, the remote Associate Director of Brand Strategy will manage brand and communications direction, mentor junior team members, and drive innovative approaches in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Proactively develop new strategies and services to address client challenges and marketplace dynamics Oversee brand strategies and ensure alignment across campaigns while promoting brand purpose Forge relationships with senior leadership and track campaign success, managing award submissions Required qualifications 5+ years of total business experience, with 4+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or communications Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communications Experience in developing successful pharmaceutical marketing strategies Demonstrated people management experience and ability to present to clients Leadership experience in a collaborative environment
