We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and finding the right solutions. In this role, you’ll support customers across our products and services, recommend solutions that fit their needs, process transactions, and create a positive experience from start to finish.  This position serves both our Quinter and Hoxie locations, working in Quinter Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Hoxie Tuesday and Thursday. • Sell and promote Nex-Tech and Nex-Tech Wireless products and services
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, pricing, and features
• Process service orders, upgrades, disconnects, and number ports
• Accept and post customer payments and assist with billing inquiries
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed
• Support account maintenance and documentation processes
• Maintain compliance with customer data privacy regulations

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Working knowledge of computers and office systems
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to meet sales goals and performance expectations

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of customer service, sales, or related experience.

• Earning Potential: Base pay + commission opportunities
