What You'll Do

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting from initial intake through successful closing.
• Act as a Trusted Client Partner, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their hiring requirements, challenges, and cultures.
• Strategically Source Talent using our unique CRM/ATS alongside your own network and our specialized communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform for candidate management, tracking communications, automating follow-ups, and maintaining organization.
• Emphasize Permanent Placements that build lasting value for clients and translate into generous commissions for you.
