Senior Sales Representative Upper Midwest Great Lakes Region

The Senior Sales Representative at Landmark Structures will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the Upper Midwest / Great Lakes region. This individual will not only provide technical expertise but also possess the ability to craft technical white papers particularly focusing on impacts of water storage on transients and energy consumption. Strong technical writing skills experience with municipalities and preferably an engineering degree will be essential in this role. With a strong presence in the industry we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients.

Essential Functions:

• Lead the strategic efforts identify potential clients and establish lasting relationships in the Upper Midwest / Great Lakes region
• Develop and implement market entry strategies to achieve sales targets
• Utilize your technical knowledge to provide in-depth consultations to clients regarding impacts of water storage on transients and energy consumption. Offer insights into product specifications and functionalities helping clients make informed decisions
• Collaborate with potential clients including municipalities to understand their specific needs and requirements. Tailor product offerings and proposals to address these needs effectively
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the technical superiority of our products. Clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI to potential clients
• Oversee the sales process from initiation to closure. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution meeting or exceeding client expectations
• Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics within the Upper Midwest / Great Lakes region. Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in engineering or an equivalent technical field experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in technical sales particularly within the industrial equipment or infrastructure sectors
• Strong ability to produce technical white papers and documentation
• Familiarity with working with municipalities and government entities
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic market environment and evolve sales strategies accordingly
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Travel

• Moderate overnight travel (Less than 50%) by land and/or air
