DynaFlex is seeking a motivated Kit Assembler to support our warehouse and distribution operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and preparing bracket and band orders for shipment while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and safety. No prior warehouse experience is required, we provide training to help you succeed. Experienced warehouse associates are also welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Light manufacturing using tack-welder to assemble custom attachments
• Package orders according to company’s quality standards
• Accurately pull customer and internal orders using pick lists and handhelds
• Package products and prepare shipments according to company standards
• Verify order accuracy and conduct basic quality checks before shipment
• Label, stage, and organize completed orders for delivery or shipment
• Rotate through warehouse tasks to support daily operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
• Follow established safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations while working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, order pulling, or distribution role a plus!
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and pick lists
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to required weight limits as needed
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
