La persona seleccionada será responsable de publicar, editar y optimizar contenido digital, coordinarse con equipos multidisciplinarios y garantizar una experiencia de usuario fluida en los distintos sitios web de la empresa.**Preferencia por candidatos ubicados en la zona horaria Central (CST).**## Responsabilidades* Crear, editar y publicar contenido web utilizando **Drupal** y/o **Magento**.* Gestionar actualizaciones del sitio, páginas de destino (landing pages), lanzamientos de productos o contenidos y campañas promocionales.* Garantizar la precisión del contenido, su correcto funcionamiento y el cumplimiento de los estándares de marca.* Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, diseño creativo, experiencia de usuario (UX) y desarrollo para ejecutar iniciativas digitales.* Supervisar el rendimiento del sitio web y resolver problemas relacionados con el contenido.* Utilizar de forma intensiva **Claude** durante el proceso de trabajo, no solo como herramienta de apoyo, sino también para generar sitios web, verificando posteriormente que todo el contenido y la estructura cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos.## Requisitos* Más de **3 años de experiencia** como **Web Producer, Web Content Manager, Digital Producer** o en un cargo similar.* Experiencia práctica utilizando **Claude**.* Experiencia comprobable con sistemas de gestión de contenido (**CMS**) como **Drupal** y/o **Magento**.* Sólidos conocimientos en administración de contenido web, control de calidad (QA), buenas prácticas de **SEO** y flujos de trabajo digitales.* Conocimientos de **HTML, JavaScript, CSS y APIs**.* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y coordinación de proyectos.## Se valorará adicionalmente* Experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas **Headless CMS**.* Conocimientos sobre **APIs**, modelado de contenido (*content modeling*) y plataformas modernas de comercio digital (*digital commerce*).## Beneficios* Seguro médico, dental y de visión.* Seguro de vida.* Plan de ahorro para la jubilación **401(k)**.* Beneficio de transporte (*Commuter Benefit*).* Acceso a plataformas de aprendizaje en línea y capacitación continua.* Reembolso de gastos educativos.**Elegibilidad para beneficios:** se requiere trabajar **más de 30 horas por semana** en una asignación con una duración mínima de **10 semanas**.Si cumples con los requisitos y te entusiasma esta oportunidad, ¡postula hoy mismo!
