Join our dynamic team as an Interim UX Designer, where you'll collaborate with marketing, UI/development teams, and company executives to craft user-centered designs and drive innovation in healthcare recruitment technology.Interim Lead UX Designer Job ResponsibilitiesLead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both websites and software platforms.Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and analytics reviews to optimize both website and software interfaces.Work closely with marketing, UI/development teams, and company executives to align design goals with business and branding objectives.Provide strategic UX insights during cross-departmental meetings and ensure cohesive user experiences across all platforms.Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, design-forward culture.Define user-centered design processes tailored for both website and software development.Research and integrate the latest UX tools, trends, and technologies into website and software projects.Conduct user research to ensure comprehensive design output.Promote continuous improvement and innovation in UX design practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
