Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking dedicated Warehouse and Production Associates to join their team, as well as Equipment Operators. As a Warehouse and Production Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse and Forklift Roles


Location: Washington, MO

Pay Range: $18.50-$21 per hour (dependent on role and shift)

Shift: Multiple shifts available (First and Second Shift)

What's the Job?

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and timely
• Assist in loading and hauling materials within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support team members in daily warehouse operations and tasks
• Operate high rise forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (for certain positions)

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required for warehouse associates; training provided
• Forklift experience required for Equipment Operator Roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends
