Weekend Caregiver

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fort Worth is seeking compassionate CNAs and experienced caregivers to provide quality in-home care for clients in Granbury, Glen Rose, and surrounding communities.

We currently have premium client assignments available, including weekend and overnight shifts with enhanced pay rates. Additional shifts are also available throughout the area, allowing caregivers to build a schedule that fits their availability.

Friday:

• 7p-7a ($18/hr)
• 5p-10p ($17/hr)

Saturday:

• 8a-12p ($15/hr)
• 9a-1p ($17/hr)
• 5p-10p ($17/hr)

Sunday:

• 9a-1p ($17/hr)
• 5p-10p ($17/hr)
• $150 sign-on bonus available for THESE positions

Base pay: $13.00-$14.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications

• Select client assignments pay up to $19.00/hour
• 50% Next Day Pay available
• Mileage reimbursement
• Holiday and overtime pay
• Direct deposit

Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling

• Unlimited Requests off
• Paid orientation and ongoing training

• Supportive office staff made up of CNAs and Caregivers
• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts in surrounding communities

Provide companionship and personal care

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and office staff

Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CNA license preferred but not required
• Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
