Burlington - 321 Speen Street - Responsibilities: Deter theft and maintain a safe, secure store environment by demonstrating a commanding presence; Assist in onboarding and ongoing training of Shortage Control Associates; Conduct store audits and monitor point of sale transactions as part of loss prevention; Identify and report theft incidents and coordinate with store and field leadership; Support inventory processes and participate in semi-annual inventory action plans
