Job Description

• Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic, comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to encourage ongoing improvement at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal patient advancement

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or additional certifications

Certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
