Job Description
Benefits of Working at GLS Logistics and Holdings:
- 10-hour shifts are ideal
- Paid training
- 4-day workweek [40 OR Less than 40] hours is ideal
- Schedule for FT Team Members is set schedule
- Hours of operation are from 10:45am - 9:30pm
- A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30 minute meal break
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (Note: Employees who work on average less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance)

- Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
- Drive safely, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws
- Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Report any issues or problems to management immediately
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis maneuver totes weighing up to 70lbs., using material handling equipment.
- Getting in and out of the van over 300 times a day safely.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Driving: Minimum 2 years (Required)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages up to 50Ibs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must clear a drug screen.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to read road signs and communicate with regulatory personnel (US DOT standard).
Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
