Administrative Support Specialist Details: Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $18–$24/hour Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Administrative Support Specialist Responsibilities: Utilize the company ERP system to support daily business office and project operations Enter new projects, prepare job books, and maintain project documentation Process material transfers, update cost sheets, and assist with purchasing activities Scan, file, and organize purchase orders, expense reports, and other business records Support billing, payroll, payment processing, and general administrative functions Provide backup receptionist support, including answering phones and assisting visitors Coordinate employee engagement activities and distribute company materials as needed Assist multiple departments with administrative tasks and occasional local errands Administrative Support Specialist Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus U.S. citizenship required due to customer and government contract requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong data entry, document management, and organizational skills ERP system experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to support multiple departments in a fast-paced environment PeopleShare provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic disposition, neurodiversity, disability, veteran status, or any other protected category or class under federal, state, and/or local laws.
