Why You Should Apply 100% employer paid health insurance Tenured team with exceptional employee retention Collaborative culture where everyone works together to solve problems Stable company with a strong reputation in the construction industry Competitive compensatio n and long term career opportunity Opportunity to become a key contributor within a highly respected accounting team What You’ll Do As Billing Specialist Prepare and process construction billings with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness Manage AIA billing applications and supporting documentation Coordinate with project managers and accounting teams to ensure accurate project billing Review contract requirements and maintain billing compliance Track billing schedules and support project cash flow initiatives Assist with lien waivers, payment applications, and project documentation Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain strong client relationships Support month end reporting and special projects as needed What You Bring As Billing Specialist Minimum of four years of billing experience within construction or a related project based industry Hands on experience with AIA billing is required Experience working with lien waivers is a strong plus Deltek experience is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset What You Need To Know Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday through Friday Employment Type: Full time, permanent Start Date: ASAPRequirement: Must be local to the Denver area #J-18808-Ljbffr CB Partners, LLC
