Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring 2+ years of total patient care experience in a 31-bed ICU.

Job Details

• 13-week ICU assignment on night shift (7p-7a), every other weekend,
• 31-bed ICU with 2:1 patient ratio,
• Total patient care scope in the ICU setting,
• Uses Cerner EMR,
• No call requirements,
• No floating required,
• No block scheduling,

Job Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required,
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS,
• 2+ years of recent ICU experience required,
• Total patient care experience in an ICU setting required,
• CVT open heart experience preferred,
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start,
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs required,
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility,
• Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered,
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered,
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
