MRI Technologist

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Charlotte, NC. As a key player in the medical imaging team, you will work with sophisticated MRI technology to deliver accurate and diagnostic images. This position offers a dynamic and supportive work environment within an established healthcare facility.

Key responsibilities of the MRI Technologist include:

  • Perform MRI scans on patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric
  • Set up and operate MRI equipment and related technology
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during scans
  • Administer contrast material when necessary
  • Collaborate with medical team, including ICU RN and RT as required
  • Handle critical or vented patients with care
  • Engage in critical thinking and problem-solving in clinical scenarios

Requirements of the MRI Technologist include:

  • BLS, ARRT-MR certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
  • Proficiency with MRI safety and equipment operation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently on night shifts
