MRI Technologist
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Charlotte, NC. As a key player in the medical imaging team, you will work with sophisticated MRI technology to deliver accurate and diagnostic images. Key responsibilities of the MRI Technologist include:
- Perform MRI scans on patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric
- Set up and operate MRI equipment and related technology
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during scans
- Administer contrast material when necessary
- Collaborate with medical team, including ICU RN and RT as required
- Handle critical or vented patients with care
- Engage in critical thinking and problem-solving in clinical scenarios
Requirements of the MRI Technologist include:
- BLS, ARRT-MR certifications
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
- Proficiency with MRI safety and equipment operation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently on night shifts
