Dietary Manager - Full-Time
Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a Dietary Manager to oversee kitchen operations and dietary staff.
Responsibilities:
Supervise dietary staff and daily meal service
Ensure food quality, sanitation, and food safety compliance
Help maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
Previous dietary or food service experience
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Long-term care experience preferred
Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
