Texas Health Resources is seeking an RN for the Neuro Tele Department in Fort Worth to deliver patient-centered care on a 7P-7A schedule, with weekend and holiday requirements. The unit emphasizes self-scheduling, teamwork, and education for career growth. Candidates should have a Nursing Diploma or ASN, Texas RN licensure, BLS and ACLS within 90 days, CPI training within 90 days, and 1 year RN experience with Neuro/Tele preferred.
